Project Mangement Elements:
Why is each element critical for project management?
My management style is to create meaningful relationships, not transactions. And through relationship building, strategic planning evolves.
People are powerful, and are uniquely designed to be purposeful. My Approach reaches across differences, and is an intentional way to manage each project.
My Approach
Analyze
It is imperative to do external and internal research to fully grasp where the project is, which provides the opportunity to learn how to sustain or move it further to create great impact.
Identify
Specializing in creatively formulating qualitative and quantitative evaluations, allows stakeholders to view data in digestible and relatable ways so that inequities are clearly identified and stakeholders can collectively solve the problem to improve circumstances.
Process of Collectively Problem Solving
This process allows all participants to become more inclusive in the decision-making process and gives space to build understanding of the issues and how to solve them. Collectively solving the problem allows society to become more equitable and fair.
Execute
The project then becomes less about an individual person, and more about the movement taking shape and form to create a community that enables diversity to thrive.
I came to DC when I was in the seventh grade for a school project. My parents pulled their dollars together and invested in an opportunity that would change my life. Seven years after my school trip, I came to DC. And for the last 20+ years, this has been home. Serving, growing, building and working to give others an opportunity to dream has been a dream.
Thank you Mom and Dad for allowing me to dream.
Now I want to help you dream.
